How do I activate my Versedia account after buying?

All you have to do is tap the link we email you after your purchase. If you open it on your phone and the app is already installed, it opens by itself and your account is activated right away. And if you do not have it yet, or you open the link on a computer, you will see the download screen with a QR code to carry on from your phone: install the app, sign in and your account is activated.

The app says “no licence” — what does that mean?

It means your account has no purchase linked to it yet and you are using the free access. If you have already bought Versedia, all that is left is to open the activation link from your purchase email: the licence is applied to your account straight away. If you have not bought it yet, “no licence” is simply the normal state of the free version.

I opened the link and it still says “no licence”. What now?

Most often the activation landed on a different account from the one you are using: sign out, tap the link again and sign in with the right account. Check as well that you opened the link on the phone where the app is installed; if you opened it on a computer, scan the QR code on screen to carry on there. If it still says “no licence” after that, write to us and we will activate it for you.

Do I have to buy with the same email I use to sign in to the app?

No. The licence is not tied to the purchase email, but to the account open in the app when you tap the activation link. That is why what matters is opening that link on your phone while signed in to the account you want to activate.

Not at all! We designed it with them in mind. If they can use WhatsApp, they can use Versedia. The AI is patient, waits as long as needed and guides the conversation kindly. There's nothing complicated to install, it works right in the browser on a phone, tablet or computer.
